GENERAL TEST INFORMATION

VE Test Schedule for 2012 as follows.

FEBURARY 4 - 10:00 AM          Classroom B
MAY 5 - 10:00 AM                       Classroom B
AUGUST 4 - 10:00 AM               Classroom B
NOVEMBER 3 - 10:00 AM         Classroom B

Test fee is $15 for each test session (as of November 18, 2010) payable by cash, check or money order at time of registration. Session retesting is permissible if time permits, but an additional fee will be charged. If paying by check or money order they should be made out to "ARRL/VEC".

Exam candidates must present a legal photo ID or two of the following: Non-photo ID/Driver's license; birth certificate (with seal); minor's work permit or school report card; business correspondence naming the person; or postmarked envelope addressed to the person at their current mailing address. Licensed upgrade candidates must also show their original license and furnish a copy thereof to send in with test results.

Walk-ins will be accepted, however pre-registration is preferred. Notification can be made via email to cw4evr@hctc.net or by phone to Fred Gilmore W0LPD at (830) 367-7430.

WALK-INS NOTE: If no one is pre-registered the session WILL NOT take place!
